Constitutional Amendments

Fall 2021

Summary: Adjusts the term of office of the Associate Justices to begin at exactly 1 p.m. on the last day of the Fall semester and end at exactly 1 p.m. on the last day of the Fall semester the following year. All Justices must apply and be reappointed to another term if they are to remain on the court.
